5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes).
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging, subject to our Return Policy. Does not include installed material.
• Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item, less return shipping costs.
